While in San Miguel the other day, I stopped in at a cafe called Oso azul .... [ the Blue Bear]. [ In case you are wondering , he is carrying a red surfboard]. I stopped here because one of my vocabulary words I have learned is the word for bear. Who knew I would ever need to know this word in Spanish . There were a number of small posters in the entrance that basically said in Spanish that they were not the Oso grizzli, not the Oso polar, not the Oso Panda ..... but the Oso Azul. How could I resist. I had a conversation [ short , I was trying to speak Spanish] with the waitress who seated me, about the origins of the name of the bear. I pointed out that where I came from we did have some of the bears in their posters.
Anyway, to my Mexican amigos and to those in Vancouver who think that Vancouver has the best coffee anywhere .... I now beg to differ - I had two cups of coffee at the Blue Bear cafe and I am drinking Coffee every morning that is the best ever - "Cafe Gourmet tostado y molido [ roasted and ground] from Chiapas , Mexico . I wonder if there is a limit to how much I can bring back?
The lovely señorita in the picture sang and played exquisitely. I am also live streaming Mexican radio in the studio as I am really loving the music [ Mexico station 92.3 Hermosillo - Solo Musica Romantica - Eschucha en line la major estacion con music [ You can listen to the best music station on-line]
The other thing I would point out is that anything here with strawberries in it is like going to heaven - including the yogurt , cake, or fresh ..... [ the avocados also taste like real avocados should .... just saying].

I am enjoying the sense of humour displayed in many different ways ....
I was told the giant Christmas tree in centro would soon be coming down. I wanted you to see the tree close-up - it was made of thousands of natural branches of plants and the aroma was incredible - a mixture of herbs and spices and sweet smells , perfumes, etc.... And so beautiful with a variety of coloured stocks. The ornaments looked to me like they were handcrafted from tin ?? maybe ... also very beautiful.
